Welcome to Sagar Agro Tourism. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your stay.

1. Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are subject to availability.

  • Guests are advised to provide accurate information while making a booking.

  • Confirmation of reservation will be shared via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Accommodation

  • Sagar Agro Tourism offers 3 Bed, 4 Bed, and 5 Bed cabins, along with an 8 Bed Dormitory for families and groups.

  • Accommodation allocation is subject to availability.

  • Guests are requested not to exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.

4. Tariff & Inclusions

  • The package starts from ₹3,000 per person.

  • The tariff includes:

    • Accommodation

    • Breakfast

    • Lunch

    • Dinner

    • Applicable taxes

    • Swimming pool access

    • Full property access

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

6. Guest Conduct

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.

  • Damage to resort property caused by guests will be chargeable.

  • Illegal activities and misconduct are strictly prohibited.

  • Loud music or disturbances affecting other guests may not be permitted.

7. Swimming Pool Usage

  • Guests using the swimming pool do so at their own risk.

  • Children must always be accompanied by parents or guardians.

  • Running, diving, and unsafe activities around the pool are prohibited.

8. Food & Dining

  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the package.

  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted within designated dining areas.

  • Special dietary requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

9. Children Policy

  • Children should remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians while using the property and recreational facilities.

  • Sagar Agro Tourism shall not be held responsible for accidents arising due to lack of supervision.

10. Parking

  • Complimentary parking is available for guests.

  • Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Sagar Agro Tourism shall not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside them.

11. Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Sagar Agro Tourism shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings.

  • Injuries caused by negligence or misuse of facilities.

  • Delays or interruptions due to weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Website Content

All content, images, logos, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Sagar Agro Tourism and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Changes to Terms

Sagar Agro Tourism reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
